Having done more traditional gym workouts/personal training stuff in the past I didn’t really know what to expect. Wow, to my surprise this is the best method I have ever tried…very complete body workout, and **challenging** (which is what I need! ). It emphasizes core strength and awareness, control and precision, and for me it has **vastly** improved my overall balance.
I ride a large Adventure motorcycle on and off-road where balance and core strength are critical. I find my riding skills and confidence greatly improved as I have grown with Laura’s instruction and guidance in the last number of months, allowing me to tackle off-road challenges I would not have otherwise.
